Return & Refund Policy
This Return&Refund Policy applies to all eyewear products sold by Weiss Optix, including optical glasses, sunglasses, and prescription eyewear. Our policy ensures a transparent, secure, and legally compliant process for eyewear returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1.Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their non-customized eyewear (such as non-prescription sunglasses and optical frames).
To qualify for a return, your items must be:
1.1 Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
1.2 In the same condition that you received them.
1.3 Returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
Please note: Unauthorized returns sent back without our prior approval will not be accepted.
2.Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the eyewear arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
Please email us at help@weissoptix.com with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
3.Return Shipping and Fees
To comply with global shopping standards, we outline our return shipping costs and restocking fees below:
3.1 Restocking Fees: Weiss Optix charges $0.00 restocking fees (no restocking fees) for all returns.
3.2 Return Shipping Cost for Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), Weiss Optix will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3.3 Return Shipping Cost for Customer Remorse: If the return is due to customer remorse (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/style chosen), the customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and paying the actual shipping costs.
4.How to Return Your Item (Return Method)
All returns must be completed By Mail. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
-Contact our support team at help@weissoptix.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
-Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return authorization and instructions on how to package your items.

5.Non-Returnable Items (Customized Prescription Eyewear)
5.1 Customized Prescription Eyewear: Eyewear fitted with custom prescription lenses (made to your specific prescription or Pupillary Distance - PD) is considered custom-made. Therefore, custom prescription eyewear cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once lens processing has begun.
5.2 Manufacturing Defects on Prescription Eyewear: If there is a manufacturing defect with your custom prescription eyewear (e.g., incorrect lens power, lens misalignment, or frame damage upon arrival), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a free replacement or correction.
6.Exchanges
To exchange a product, please follow our return process to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
7.Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
7.1 Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
7.2 Processing Time: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at help@weissoptix.com.
